Looking for a group that does quickplay and CW. I'm a 39 year old "vet" gamer with RL, new to MWO, personally currently working on grinding up TBR.

I've got a core, small (~8ish) group of guys with similar demographic, all with varying levels of interest and schedule. Hoping to find another group that we/I can gel with, and learn the CW ropes from for MWO.

USA/NA zone, primarily on weekends/nights, some of the other guys don't have kids so they are on more.

AND/OR we would welcome any current solo dudes that think the below sounds awesome.

Preferred group traits
-zero negativity (games are for having fun! Even when losing!)
-Humble
-Mature-ish (30s+)
-Non-perfect gameplay is acceptable
-Like beer
-Steam chat ideal
-Can handle an F-Bomb here or there (a POSITIVE F-bomb) XD

Anyone out there have room or wanna hang out MWO style?

Well you guys are always welcome to drop by the Mercstar teamspeak, we are probably the best way to learn about CW (yes yes i know we get our asses kicked by some groups), we have a cw group going almost the entire day (well mostly starting eu evenings through NA time and often well into au time).

Just drop by to learn, pick up some tips, and maybe join our ranks if it works out for both.

If you prefer IS i would advise you to try out the FRR hub. Its a good and helpfull community for all skilllevels, Just do forum search to find their ts as i dont know it by heart

MS is currently on a smoke jaguar contract and well on its way to "take Earth" for the 3rd time in a row, if youd like to know more about MS do a forum search (but watchout for all the salt) PM me (although im not an officer) or just drop into our TS and ask someone (pref someone with commander/officer/nco tags as they should be better informed about our current recruiting policy)

On the non perfect gameplay, while we obviously dont expect it from the get go, we do expect you to drop in optimised builds (as soon as cbills allow) and we expect you to listen to the DC's orders (and well... follow them obviously) and ultimately we expect you to learn/get better.

Dont let the edit discourage you, in the end we are still a nice bunch of people with actual lives, just some people like to win more than others

If your looking for a smaller dedicated unit consider ghost bear kodiak pride. We have a good mix of players from all over. Casual but very competitive on cw. We are definitely an older bunch.

Hello, if you have not picked a unit to join yet, please consider the 79th Raptor Talon Cluster. We a smallish Clan Jade Falcon Loyalist unit that meets most of your bullet points:
- We try to avoid negativity for the reasons you stated.
- I like to think we are humble.
- We are mostly in our 20s and 30s.
- We accept all abilities and availability. Everyone started somewhere and not everyone can dedicate the same amount of time to MWO.
- Yep!
- We use Teamspeak and in game chat for comms.
- F-Bombs okay.
