I'm trying to find out how long does it take for all the shells per burst to leave the barrel. Any one have any solid info? What is the soonest that you can double tap?

Also whats the damage per shell and how many per burst?

C-UAC2 - 2 shots of 1?
C-UAC5 - 3 shots of 1.67?
C-UAC10 - 4 shots of 2.5?
C-UAC20 - 5 shots of 4?

Ultra 2: 1 shell * 2 damage
Ultra 5: 2 shells * 2.5 damage
Ultra 10: 3 shells * 3.33 damage
Ultra 20: 4 shells * 5.00 damage

All of them: 0.11 delay between each shell (but first shell is instant)

And I think you can double-tap the moment the last shell leaves the barrel.

Cooldown affects the...well, cooldown speed, nothing affects burst time (at this time).

Cooldown modules do not affect the burst duration, so total recycle time is cooldown+burst duration.

Ex
cUAC20 has a 4s cooldown and 0.33s burst (0.11*3, or 0.11(x-1) if you will), which brings it to 4.33s total recycle
Module+FastFire reduce it by 17%, or bring it to 83%
Thus, ending cooldown is
(4*.83)+0.33
=3.65s

weapons cool down module works on full reload I believe

I'm curious if there is a clipping effect. It could just be the sound effects getting messed up with double tapping but there have been times that I swear I've only gotten 3 rounds, total, from a Clan UAC5.

Yeah i do wonder if waits another .11 seconds between the last shot of the first burst and the 1st shell of the 2nd burst.

I don't believe so, but that's such a short amount of time it'd be hard to gauge accurately. My dakka dires I just spam click either until all my weapons jam or more likely the enemy is dead.
