I have had a friend riding in my cockpit (spectating) and asking why I was firing my 3 PPCs and missing so much. I told him "I am not missing all that much, kinda on a roll actually". Finished the match with 3 kills and about 600 damage (in my BJ-3 with 3 PPCs). He was amazed at the numbers, because, per his view, I was missing about 90% of my shots, while in my view I was hitting about 75-80%.

Completely correct! But the cursor/targeting reticules will still tell the truth, when they flash red they indicate a hit, even though on your screen it may look like the pilot missed.
