the launcher still downloading the game on very low velocity, 2 days have downloaded only 3Gb of 9Gb, how i can download more fast ?

Never had a problem with the download speed. Are you sure, that nothing on your side prevents the client to load faster?
As an alternative try downloading through Steam. If you already do so try downloading the standalone client.

That is the standalone client. The only other option is installation through Steam.

The stand alone client is the slower of the two. It's found on this site and is the launcher after it is installed.
Steam is pretty dang quick.
Both can have an issue though if you're running on a slow internet or if you're massively sharing the internet with others (say trying to download at an internet cafe, library, or have a family obsessed with watching netflix 24/7).
