I think that speedbump is going to be a pretty direct problem for you if you're a LRM boat.

Favorite thing is standing on top of an assault mech, with no losses at speed for them.

Did something like that today. My laser arm was blown off and I was out of SRM ammo so I ran around spotting and distracting enemy pilots. Locked onto a big fat LRM boat and parked directly behind him forcing him to face tank LRMs as he sensibly couldn't go from full stop to running over a 25 ton mech that's taller than his legs step. Too bad he had the sense to turn around after a couple of seconds and I was forced to flee once again.
