I pulled the trigger and spent money and bought the Kodiak pack yesterday


So it can’t be said I am not supporting the game

There was some confusion about the extra hero Mech so I fired off a question
But never received an answer so I did not buy that one

Anyone else on the Kodiak band wagon?

I bought the standard pack. I'll probably upgrade later. It's what I usually do.

The Hero seems like a fairly solid choice since it has MASC.

I've taken to buying the basic pack, then deciding if I want to upgrade later after I get feedback on the mechs I didn't get from the other guys in my unit. With the premium time and early adopter extras I find it worth it.

*EDIT* As for the Kodiak, I'm naming mine 'Snuggles'.

I broke down and got a refund. I was hoping I would receive the premium time now, but failed to read up on it, so my fault.

I'll give them money again when the game is balanced and pokey-laser-vomit isn't the meta and LRMs are better at close range than long range.

I was seriously tempted, but my computer broke down and had to replace the motherboard, then I noticed one of my tires was worn almost completely through so I had to replace that, and now my brakes are squealing on my car so gonna need brake pads, and then of course I went to the doctor and that was another $50 so far but I'm not at the end of that adventure yet.

Just been one thing after another lately so I'm just crossing my fingers the PHX doesn't go on preorder for another month. Oh and even though I got my computer back up it now hard locks if I leave it idle for very long. Windows event logs are telling me nothing useful around the times of the crashes. A frustrating couple of weeks to be sure.

Ah, one of my legacy's.

First pack I didn't buy, ever. Legendary founder all the way to the top tier Archer with a couple gold mechs thrown in to boot. Someone else will have to check the numbers when this one comes out.

I bought it. I mean, the amount of value in c-bills for the mechs themselves on top of all the preorder goodies is a no brainer.

100 ton clan mechs with huge XL engines in them is worth bank, besides all the early purchase rewards. The amount of grind I saved myself buying these early vs saving up for them later was just non-debatable.
