Might be a dumb question but I can't find a simple "do this" in the code of conduct or a report button. I just had a rather irritating CW game where someone was TKing and just being a general jerk. He ended the game with a match score of 21 and we lost 32-48, which as you all well know could have gone the other way since we were only a few 'mechs down until the very end when we started to get overwhelmed.

Hold + Tab, select their name in the menu with and left click then scroll down the menu and report them appropriately.

Press and hold TAB while in game to see the scoreboard. While on the scoreboard, right-clicking their name and you'll see the reporting menu.
