It looks like you are rocking massive lasers with a pitiful range. Obviously OP. Please change back to old style graphics where you could tell it was a flamethrower.

they are almost impossible to see in certain conditions aswell
besides, is not getting your face set on fire kind of supposed to blind you?
(hey, sensors still work)

Any daytime it looks like its invis. They do look awesome at night in regular vision. I guess maybe its supposed to look like a jet lighter effect? I would love to see a mech burst into flames after getting hit by one or six though.

When i get on tonight i can grab screen shots if you havent had a chance to see it. The HBR LT with three flamers is probably the reason it looked like that due to the hardpoints being so close together. It does look kind of strange, that in heat vision you dont see any rising heat from the jets.

Unfortunately they won't because they said it causes system lag.
Which is a shame because the new flamers look like ****** jet exhaust or butane high pressure lighters.

Yeah, I know them as jet lighters. What doesnt cause lag in this engine though. My system doesnt like the contrails lrms leave when two or three people start hurling them around. Srms should have this effect, though, because I like the way it looks. Just a little visual cover for those brawling with srms.
Because short range is where the glory is.
