Sending a shoutout to PGI tech support - specifically Mr. Jubraj.
Was unable to light off the client after this last patch and the forum tips didn't help me restore it on my own. Once I entered a trouble ticket with PGI I got fast, courteous, and helpful emails from Mr. Jubraj that got me back up and running again.
Though it seemed like forever (because it's my favorite game) it was actually a very rapid solution and I just wanted all MechWarriors to know that these guys have your backs if you run into problems in-game.
Well done PGI, appreciate the great service!
