Sorry if the information can be found elsewhere, I've done quite a bit of searching and hunting and poking, and I've yet to find the answer to:

What package includes the title "The Howl" and the badge that looks like pointy teeth?

It would appear to be the Wolfhound package in the Resistance II collection, and this post would seem to support that: http://mwomercs.com/...th-1-days-left/

I note that the title and badge part don't seem to fall under the early adopter section, unfortunately the current description in the Resistance II Wolfhound package information only says "1 title" and "1 badge".

Can anyone confirm one way or the other?

You can clearly see in the link you provided it is the Wolfhound. PGI starts by showing the title and badge you get in the countdown to the mech and from that link you can see it is ..
