Hey guys, I have a question for you.
I'm currently looking at upgrading my mouse and keyboard. I want to get matching brands so the cross function/ alt keys will work with each other.
I think I have narrowed it down to Logitech and Roccat but please let me know what you think/ recommend.
Roccat Tyon
http://www.roccat.or...ming-Mice/Tyon/
(I like the analog thumb switch)
Roccat Ryos
http://www.roccat.or...ies/Ryos-MK-FX/
OR
Logitech G502
http://gaming.logite...gb-gaming-mouse
(Not really digging the mouse 100% I dunno why, I can't put my finger on it)
Logitech G910
http://gaming.logite...g-keyboard-g910
(Free copy of the Division doesn't affect purchase)
Now normally I wouldn't prefer mechanical switches but it seems those are all the rage so I will just roll with it, but personally I find them annoying.
I currently have a Roccat Kone
http://www.roccat.or...eries/Kone-XTD/
but its starting to wear, and the scroll button is starting to freak out.
and currently I'm using a basic dell keyboard that comes with any stupid dell (no, I'm not going to link it)
I USED to have a Roccat Isku
http://www.roccat.or...Series/Isku-FX/
but somehow raw chicken got rubbed all over my keyboard and after cleaning out the salmonella party it never quite functioned the same after that.
I guess I feel a little biased towards Roccat since I currently own some, but I've never had much issues with Logitech, they just feel more dependable? Plus if I get Logitech I could get a G13
http://gaming.logite...anced-gameboard
so there is always that...
Please let me know what you think, thanks in advance.

Hi, ilikerice
my recommendation are
1. Logitech G502 ( all the button (11) you need on the right places)
2. Razer Orbweaver - Gamming Keypad (better then a keyboard, mechanical Buttons (30), Adjustable hand, thumb, and palm-rest modules)
http://www.razerzone...bweaver-stealth
3. as Keyboard i use a G19 (for text chat or as clock )

Using a Logitech G710+ mech. KB and a G502 mouse .
Very satisfied with both so far, key layout ingame changed for me insofar as I do not need to remove my left hand from WASD position anymore to get all needed functions except for chatting.

I use a Razer Nostromo N52 and a Naga Molten to great effect. I'm still crap as a player but I got all the toys though!

I prefer Logitechs G600 with the full third mouse button and thumb grid.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
On my way home from work today I think I'm going to stop by Fry's Electronics and get touchy feely with some of these mice and keyboards that you guys have been mentioning.
A question to those of you that use different brand keyboard and mice though.
I used to use the easy shift button with my setup and it made it like I had an 8 button mouse when really it was only a 4, which is one of the reasons I want to buy a new set up because using this Dell keyboard I feel like I have lost half my mouse's capability.
Would you say that with these mice and keyboards that you're suggesting I don't need that kind of technology because there are so many hard buttons that you can accomplish anything you want without the software?

For some reason I have always tried to stay away from Razer, I'm not sure why. I know they have good products but I had never even considered them
I went to Fry's and touched a whole bunch and played around with the orbweaver you mentioned. I looked at the link you provided and read up a bit on what the difference was with the stealth. NO CLICK noises with the mechanical keyboards.
SO... I ended up ordering all of this online
And I feel so dirty for spending money on an led mouse pad....
Now all I have to do is convince my wife It was a good purchase and we needed it.
