I do my best to encourage and teach and the community is top notch on most occasion.
On the other hand, shaming people for loosing 12-2 due to absolute mess of team play might force some to get better. Or quit. Both work for me.

Simple version.
- VOIP has a push to talk feature. Want to cuss out your team? Go ahead, just do NOT push the PtT button while doing it.
- Even if you say something constructive, someone's gonna ***** about what you say.
- Mute the *******s, report if needed.
