Austin Area Connection Issue

Hey I have had no issues with connection during the weekend event. However, some on my friends are unable to connect to the game servers or even access the website. They live around in the Austin area, two separate locations, and yes they have internet. They are able to access other websites/games no issue. Are there any other areas with connection issues?

I was one of those affected by this. Some time between 12:30 and 12:50 pm cst the site and game server became accessible for all of us again.
