1) Someone has an Atlas in a Clan drop.

or

2) The IIC mechs are usable for IS.

There's an EBJ, SCR, and MDD in his lance. He's on the clan side.

I did amend my post, I could see this being a possible glitch. Easiest thing to do is to test it and confirm (someone switch their unit) or tweet Russ.

it could just be a corrupt deck and the game didnt qualify it before sending it to a drop.

This. If you are queued when your Unit switches factions you deploy with your current drop deck. Has been like this since the initial beta release and is repeatable.

Its a bug..... when Kcom switched contracts today, a few members were waiting in a game lobby trying to squeeze in one more drop with clans / while one of the unit leaders changed our faction to Kurita. We also had clan Grasshoppers and Blacknights

The friendly fire was real though.
