Im using Afterburner for recording, which is just about the same program (minus the whole social and sales pitch side of things) and I have had no problems making recordings lately.
What exactly is not working? Black screen, missing sound, lag, foreign objects in the recordings, blurred picture, incorrect format sor something entirely different?
PGI isnt really responsible for troubleshooting 3rd party programs like video recording software, visual/sound modifications etc. But Im sure players here may be able to help you if you can provide more details.

I use the record solution in every AMD graphic card. ( a 7950 3gb for me )
The record work for other game i play ( battlefield, hearthstone etc ). The record stop after a patch since 19 Feb 2016.
I never tested in DX9 and the record work ! but not for DX11 in any windows mode ( fullscreen etc )
