Lag Spikes On Quick Match

I got many lag spikes only on quick match (didnt tested factions).
Every like half a minute (could be 5 sec or few minutes), theres a few seconds lag and i find myself portalled to other spot, or something wrong has happened.

I got no lag on testing ground, on academy, or on any other screens.
The lag is network lag, including portalling, players walking on spot etc.

I haven't played for long time, and the game used to work fine.
I wanted to start playing back again, so a few patches were downloaded and since then the lags began.

i disabled voip, lowered the graphics, tryed port forwarding, disabled firewall, reinstalled the game.
I tested my total network use using perfmon, theres only low bandwith in use from other programs.

The ping to the european server is green and sometimes yellow.
The north american is yellow.
The carebean is red (300ms-400ms usualy) and i disabled it.

I found only the carebean server ip and tryed pinging it with in cmd, and used tracert.
Looks like same ping MWO shows.

I can't find the solution and its barely playable...

Hi. I have same problems but just on NA servers and just sometimes but during these times MWO is unplayable. It looks like internet connection problem, but nobody gave me good description what is happenning. MWO tech support never helped me asking so many blah blah nonsense questions but didn't solve anything. Even a small hint. Absolutelly nothing.

It is happenning roughly each 10-20 seconds rising from so called normal lattency of 120-130 ms to horrible over 500 ms sometimes almost one second.

This game is horribly coded in case of net protocols, in game collisions and shootting geometry and using Far Cry engine a top of all misery. But still with good connection it is playable. But you really need extremmely smooth internet connection.
