So with the advent of another game mode that has a definitive match ending mechanic that doesn't require the elimination of all enemy forces, what do you guys think about dropping the timer out of Domination and Conquest modes?
Especially in conquest and the new mechanics there requiring 750 resources to be hit before match ends, I think the elimination of the timer would open up a lot of tactical decisions. This game mode isn't about having to rush in and fight, it's about having to maintain possession of various cap points throughout the map.

I foresee two afk players and my mechs being locked for life hehe
But yes i think that work be cool. As of now conquest is basically murderball and cap later.

well you can't prolong the game in conquest by hiding and if you're afk, well don't go afk lol
