Anyone else having this issue? I can't play the game without crashing unless I run the repair tool and download "mismatched files" nearly every time. Often, it is the 500mb textures file.
It's advanced to the point where if I know I'm going to want to play later, I start the repair tool early and try to have it complete for me to log in when I am ready.

500Mb Texture File Every Time I Want To Play?

Tried running repair tool then creating a backup of the game files before playing? Might save some time.
You will need to create new backups after every patch or hotfix though.

Generally this is a memory issue. The texture files are unpacked/packed in memory, if there is a problematic stick, for whatever reason then there are issues.
Does it happen with a specific mech, or mechs with a specific pattern?

Pick one, then 32-bit or -64, then CD or thumb drive
Perform two full laps as a minimum: Getting though one doesn't mean much, but failling on the first lap is pretty damming.
If you are Intel, don't force multi-core mode …

Thanks for the suggestions.
I believe the answer is to see this game's developers burn in a horrible fire.
