Hi
Is there anyway of viewing the after battle results after a match has finished and you have returned to the main screen ?

No, if you want to do that have to screenshot the recap and review later.

There is a third party application which does this called MechCollect. It has not been updated since 2014, however, and doesn't identify a lot of recently added statistics.
