Since this patch, MWO has failed to capture the mouse properly when playing in a full window in a two monitor environment.
Every match, the cursor will inevitably slide off the side of the game window and on to one of the other screens, and once the cursor is outside the game, any clicks of the mouse will result in the game losing focus.
This behaviour is similar to how MWO has functioned for the last several years; there was a recent patch that addressed the issue to properly capture the mouse, but the bug seems to have regressed in this build.

Same here.
To resolve this I went to fullscreen but it would be nice to have it back correctly in full window.

This issue was fixed in previous patches and is back now.

To replicate
Launch to find match. Tab out to browser, check non-porn download, see what Tina is doing on Twitter, etc. Tab back to select the worse map with 10x with game type mattering only on a few maps
. Tab back out.. hmm.. game!!! Tab back in.
There is a 2nd Mouse cursor on the desktop behind the game screen. Left click to fire weapon. If to far left or far right on a single monitor, starts programs when clicking to fire (depends on which side has your desktop shortcuts, may be both). If right mouse button you select things on the desktop. Hope you do not have DELETE key set to anything cause if you hit it your items are deleted/moved to trashbin.
Dual monitors - Primary monitor in front, 2nd monitor to right. Move mouse right to track someone and 2nd mouse cursor continues to next monitor.
About right for everyone?

Yep. I can confirm this is happening again. I've taken a lot of damage from it. Had to go back to full screen mode which is annoying.

I found that if you hit ESCAPE two times when you're in the game after having been out of it, it seems to reset the mouse cursor and then you don't pop out anymore.
Good hunting!

I'd like to add the workaround: do it twice (as in: hmm, game! tab in. Tab out. Tab in again). The mouse cursor on the second screen will only appear the first time you tab into a game after it started, the second time everything is fine.

+1. This was a problem for a LONG time in patches past, but it's been resolved for months. Now it's back. Please fix, it's bad to torso twist in the middle of a firefight and suddenly be opening my emails.

I realize that this bug comes out often when I view the large map and then scrolling off the screen...
