Hey all, got me a wierd one on my hands.

I had the infamous Win10 'No network Protocols' bug and I had to reinstall. Post clean format and install, I've updated all my drivers and downloaded all OS updates as one would and downloaded MWO again. It worked flawlessly before, but now I'm having a MASSIVE FPS drop when switching from front-end to in-game clients. (it also happens at random when working in the mechlab/store, presumably from manipulating the various windows)

This will kill my framerate from 70+ to 10-12fps and create a ton of input lag UNTIL I tab out and back. If I leave, say, calculator running in the back ground, when the FPS tanks for no apparent reason, I can tab out and back into the game, it will work beautifully until the round ends and swap back to the front-end client. (which another Alt-tab will again fix until I swap to the in-game again, OR at random when working the mechlab).

Wtf, eh?

(Repair tool, and complete reinstall of MWO did not help either)

If Nvidia card, Nvidia control panel, 3D, Power Mgt Mode, change from Adaptive to Best Performance.

System control Panel, Power Options, High Performance.
System control panel, System, Advanced System settings, Advanced Tab, Performance button, select best performance
