I have played at least 5-6 games after last bonus was rewarded and for the second day have not had games recorded for bonus awards...Please look into it, thanks...

What bonus awards? If you are referring to the Lucky Charms Loot Bag Event qualifying games, note that they are not listed in chronological order the later matches may be appearing on top.
