My guess is that they are all 5s and part of the underhive these days. Your tier only goes up if you play. I believe that PGI was suppose to field a 12 man competitive team in MPBT, how did that go?

1.)
It doesn't matter.
It's their job to design good rules and good content, not having their brain trained to be very adept in using it.
Of course playing experience gives better insight, but that doesn't mean they have to grind all the way up to tier 1 to be "good" designers.

2.)
You have no concept of what it is to run a database-driven application (like an online game)

You realize Tier 1 for Devs is just one Database-UPDATE away, right?

This.... MUAHAHAHHAHA! Posted Image This account is T4... 13 points from T3.

3.)
They could very well have an incognito account to play "normal" instead of the chat losing it every time a "Paul" or "Russ" from PGI appears in the lobby.
It's not unlikely that some of them have tier 1 icognito accounts but tier 4 "official" accounts.
Also see #2.

In short: it doesn't matter. It says NOTHING what number some official account has or does not have.

They all play like T5's in my view.

But at the same time.

A PGI icon in game, is just a bodybag to me. Posted Image

He doesn't. At least not the way you think. If he did you're more likely to see projectile gameplay more than lasers.

With 14 heat 1300 m/s ER PPCs coming in April, the Timber might make a bit of a comeback. I already like the ER PPC Gauss build on it for certain situations.

And then the game will surely shift to more projectiles when PGI, backed by the wisdom of the people, limits alpha strikes to ~30 damage to increase TTK, removing the reason to use anything other than PPFLD and DPS ballistics.

I bet Tina could beat most of you in a 1v1.

Yet many of us would probably appreciate the opportunity to play with or against members of PGI's staff. Scott Lang isn't very friendly, however.

They do those public group drops/streams. I believe they are open to anybody who wants to join.

Most of them are probably @ Tier Paul.

There might be a few standouts, but people hardly see them, so it's hard to properly classify them.

Besides, they were in MRBC and did laughably bad.

So much this.

Once The PlanTM has been completed, our PPFLD over lords will return from on high to lead us all to Valhalla...completing the circle, and bringing back the jump snipe meta in the form of Hover JetTM Sniping.

Indeed, the tears following this will taste of sweet nectar on a warm spring morning, as the sheeple begin to understand how their misplaced desires have been their own undoing.

I'm sorry that is pretty ridiculous..

They will never understand or take responsibility for it, they will just say PGI took their feedback and implemented it incorrectly and demand PPC and autocannon nerfs.
