Again that so many other features are missing from the game its just not even worth thinking about.
Same goes for so much. If I was going to allow this to get negative I could say there is a negative spin on a lot of topics on these forums with so much missing from the game.

We clans are here to stay thougj, if we move ahead we get our occupation zones or Dominions, can not move past Tuk, and beat up on Kurita, Stiener, and each other. I think that would be more fun in CW, gives us a decent chunk of territory then and we clans would be less likely to be pinned back to a single home planet, might encourage more players as well if more factions were in, but as shown by my map, remain with only 4 Clan zones, the others could only assist other clans.

For about 3 weeks PGI had this thing called CLAN LOYALIST, its had an icon and everything and that was SUPPOSE to be us The other Clans that didnt wanna side with one of the major 4 but wanted to fight Clan side in CW.
PGI did away with this for some reason, i still have no idea why.

Federated Commonwealth - Davion, Steiner, Rasalhague
Wardens - Ghost Bear, Wolf
Crusaders - Jade Falcon, Smoke Jaguar
Narrows the number of factions down whilst maintain everyones favourites by keeping the emblems. Allows the introduction of other Clans/IS Provinces by adding them to one of the four factions.

As it stands, CW is less than 200 players at any given moment.

Go to MS TS and drop with MS for a week. Watch some of the Clan twitch streamers. A lot of ways to see how that works. The biggest problem Clans have is a lot of their players spent 2 years with Clan tech clownshoes OP so they never had to get good at the game. Now it's balanced and so rather than learn the skills everyone in the IS knuckled under and learned 2 years ago...
They quit and ran away. Like Kerensky but without even the pretext of moral justification. Just some flounced hair and a rain of big wet tears.
Get your fellow Clanners to vat grow a spine, have it installed like a backbone omnipod and learn to play on an even field.
I realize that's all a bit harsh and it's a bit tongue-in-cheek but the reality is that tech balance is pretty even. What gets people crushed is teamwork/coordination vs no teamwork/coordination. Merc units have learned this as have many of the more experienced IS players. Still plenty of bad IS players but in traveling most Clan pugs were incredibly bad. Bad builds, bad strategy, no coordination if a unit wasn't carrying.
I get the desire to blame tech imbalance, hax, etc. The reality is that IS/Clan is well balanced now and what the Clans are missing is indigenous skilled players. Most have left not because IS OP but because Clan pugs are atrocious and aggressively resist any efforts to help them get good.

We could have two Clan factions, Wardens and Crusaders, Bears and Wolves, Falcons and Jaguars and if you want to introduce further clans split them down the Warden and Crusader lines and merged them into the factions.
Keep the choice of emblems for each unit within the faction though, to maintain the history and such.
I already have to carry enough as it is in Kurita. I don't need the purple chicken lurm brigade dragging my team down, k thx.
