Missing Modules

Has anyone else had modules disappear on them? I was reorganizing modules on some mechs this morning and as I stripped them off mechs and went to put them on others... the modules were not in my inventory... Or on the mech I previously had them on. Has anyone else had this problem or have I just gone certifiably insane?

Log out and back in and see if the modules are there.
