Unknown Error

Gday Fellow Mech Warriors

I am having some issues with "Logging in" once ive entered my email and password and pressed enter, the connecting text is displayed then after around 30 odd seconds an error will appear "Unknown Error - Something has Occurred" Super discriptive i know. Ive tried the repair tool. I should also note that i am going through the independant launcher as well.
