What Happened To The Oceanic Servers? Ping Is Terrible Now

A couple weeks ago a "fix" was made to the Oceanic servers.

Now, from anywhere in thailand or Malaysia my pings are over 300ms to Oceanic servers just a few hundred clicks away.

Does anyone have the IP address for these servers? I'd love to do some traceroutes to help...
