penalty must not trigger if the team mate you team killed had delievered on you at least 50 damage.

today i had a bad experience with a dude named MrH**D on boreal vault.
he was pissed off cause i ordered the team to stay in the back and wait (we were in defence), and cause he pushed alone with his stupid gargoyle, not listening.
After he died he spent all his remaining mechs trying to team kill me.
Of course he was a pug and i managed to defend myself and kill all his mechs.
I fired only after he Alpha striked me frst, but i still got 10 min penalty.
this **** must be removed.
if someone intentionally shoots me and tries to kill me, i must be allowed to defend myself

Last time I brought up self defense here (a while ago) I got yelled at by muppets with things like "YOU ARE NOT THE POLICE" and "REPORT HIM, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TEAMKILL" so ... good luck with this.
