A passive buff granted to the account per Tier:

Tier 5: 2% discount in the mech store
Tier 4: 4% discount in the mech store
Tier 3: 6% discount in the mech store + 2% cbill bonus
Tier 2: 8% discount in the mech store + 6% cbill bonus
Tier 1: 10% discount in the mech store + 10% cbill bonus

Since PSR is supposed to be a Placement tool not an Experience Bar,
all this idea would say is your not a Good Player thats ok you can still have Fun, and Pay More,
the Casual Players will Pay more and more, and the Meta Trolls will Get Rich and Troll,
