The Targeting computer isn't listing the correct range in game. With range modules and the Targeting Computer Lv7 I should be seeing a range of just about 430m on my Clan Medium Pulse Lasers. Instead the in game range is listed as 396, which is what the range should be with the Targeting Computer Lv2.
TL:DR TC7 is only giving Lv2 bonus.
