Has there been a recent change to the movement of the founder c1 catapult? Normally the movement feels very smooth to me, almost gliding; but today I am getting major screen shake just from movement.
If the game hasn't changed I have something wrong with my machine and will need to troubleshoot.

I didn't want to join a match because my build is crap... Testing grounds movement is fine though... I recorded a video so you can see what I was doing.
Do you have movement problems in testing grounds as well?

No changes to catapults until June so check your machine.

If you haven't played in a while, there has been a nerfing of the skill tree around the time when MWO went to Steam.
