You have no recourse for this situation either, largely because of the huge potential for abuse.

(And I hope that you have better game(s) in the future. Again, bad games happen. It's fine. Don't worry about it!)

If it is any consolation, anyone worth talking to doesn't care if you have a bad game.
Yeah man, we all have sh*tty games once in a while. If they gave you crap for it, report them. I can't be the only one who checks posted screenshots or videos only to see if it contains myself in a crappy performance.

I did some research onto this and found that there is very little case-law as it pertains to the right of someones online-persona as it relates to their real life identity. As it stands now, since PGI owns the content of the game they are the ones who have the right to allow or disallow the use of the content -- you have no recourse. Your online persona has almost no rights-in-law with the notable exception being that you have setup your online identity as a protected commercial asset.
By protected commercial asset, i mean your online identity is something that you have registered as a trade-name/mark/copyright and that you use it as such. This would only be an issue if the person who is broadcasting can't make a fair use claim. The person could make a fair use claim if, in no way, shape or form, the person streaming is trying to monetize their stream or use their stream to generate money in other forms. In the instance where you have registered your online entity as a piece of commercial property then, the only thing that you can control is the usage of your name but not the footage of you playing -- meaning that the streamer would have to remove any use of your name should you request that. The footage of your actual game-play is the property of PGI -- unlike characters like Mickey Mouse, you have no ownership of the visual graphics that represent you in MWO, those are owned and controlled by PGI.
Having said all that, you can always make a plea to PGI regarding the stream and they can request it be removed -- if you have a compelling enough argument.
Once again, this is a place where the legal system is unable to keep up with the rapidly evolving pace of human technology. Until an actual case goes before the courts -- this hodge-podge of prior law is all that you have to go on.

You should also stop worrying about it, everyone has bad matches/unlucky moments.
After leveling Maulers from 0 basics, I can sympathize - as many losses involve me just barely making it to where there is still a fight that has been going on while I trudge towards it at 54kph.
Then I get there, do what damage I can and get stomped into the ground.
I promise I've had plenty of crap games in that mech, it happens.

The models, your user name, your Mech loadouts: all owned by PGI. Yes, your login username is PGI's property because it's the name of the account you have with them. I do not legally own the name Prosperity Park by any means, and even if I did, the use of the name Prosperity Park would then be a trademark/IP infringement and would be not permissible as a name. PGI could change it to Mechwarrior2191904 at a moment's notice. If indid give PGI permission to use it, then it could be streamed as I gave them permission to use it in conjunction of the ToS. If I said it could not be streamed, then PGI would not let it be in-game.
If PGI gives people permission to stream their game, then you cannot trump PGI's decision. You have no legal grounds to.

He hasn't shown us on the paperdoll where the bad streamer touched him yet.

He did say that he was assaulted in his rear core... Which directly implicates butthurt.
Oh my. Should we create a support group for him? Since I'm CERTAIN noone else has been cored out by friendly mechs. These are troubling times, when the sanctity of a mechs rear core is violated by teammates.

Have you ever been to a concert or sporting event? Did they ask you consent to show you and your loved ones on the Kiss Cam? Or if a band sold footage of an old concert say at the Grand ol Opera house did they send each person in the crowd a consent form?
Fun fact: by buying those tickets, you give consent for your image at that event to be used however the involved rights' holders see fit. It's in the Terms and Conditions.

Start with your agreements / terms of use with PGI, then go from there.
p.s.
prosperity pretty much nailed it.
I can think of a couple instances where one possibly could protest to a stream and have grounds to do so, but that would not apply to OP, or most of us for that matter.
