I think the tournament should be best of 3 with quarter, semi, and finals being best of 5. Players should alternate between Clan and IS. This will help differentiate the teams per match and will showcase the strengths and tactics of each.

Nooo I'm hoping for some power outages to knock the comp units out. Odds of this happening 5 times is slim haha.
Seriously, I think there are to many teams to do this for every round but does sound like a good idea after maybe two rounds.

my take...the "Grand Prize" is a whole heck of a lot of grinding.

5 rounds sounds good to me I like it but I can still see issues with it. I hope they're doing a computer setup for this but I'm guessing a lot of this will be done by hand. At this point we have 90 teams and still 3 weeks to sign up so maybe 300 teams .

Why wouldn't they just re drop at another date? If the power goes out then you reschedule...lolz
Mother nature wont give you a easy trip to the finals.

Doesn't sound like we're getting redrops. Sounds like you better have all 8 people there on time and if they drop that's their fault.
