Earlier today I bought the Warhammer collector pack with the hero add-in. The shows as getting 4 mechs and then you get the additional hero mech which brings the total up to 5.

I was just looking through the inventory and I did not get the WHM-6R(S).
All I got was the 6R, 6D, 7S, and the Black Widow.

The pack on the site clearly states that it comes with it unless I am somehow completely mis-reading it.

• - WHM-6R
  
• - WHM-6D
  
• - WHM-7S

1 Special Variant with custom Pattern, and a +30% C-Bill boost

• - WHM-6R (S)

What do I do now?

EDIT: Actually, if I click on "Inventory" I am unable to see the 6R(S) but if I click on "Select Mech" it appears. Is that normal?

Yes.

For whatever reason, "Inventory" doesn't show mechs you cannot sell.
