I am trying to find out if the Ghost Bear Clan has a ruling council of loyalist units.

If you do have a COC of sorts please let me know. We (The Templars) are currently Clan Ghost Bear and would like to coordinate with the rest of you.

As a faction, I am unaware of an active 'ruling council'. CGBI's intent, however, is to defend and hold our current planets to use as a launch point to the Inner Sphere-Either Rasalhague or Draconis.

We are not interested in attacking other Clans, but will defend our holdings until attack lanes open enough to hit purely IS targets.

Apologies to Clan Wolf for the initial attacks by CGBI. We redirected as soon as it was identified we were hitting you.
