This is as much a suggestion than an actual forum issue to me, so feel free to move this to the suggestions forum. I didn't know which it would best fit in...
The color for posts of ignored members is white, while the default background is dark grey. I find it sticks out so much that it's anything but discrete and actually attracts my attention every time.
Would it be possible to change the theme so that ignored posts are shown in a medium gray color? Something that would blend with the main background color more?
Background color of ignored members' posts is too bright

Good suggestion, I'd go for a very dark grey colour instead. Though ignored members should not be displayed for the user at all besides the users ignore list, how else can they be ignored
Same could be said for the Deleted posts, why are they pink eww that's a naughty choice imo. Also that the deleted post should be removed, but I assume this will be taken care of by our new carebears on the forum

I fixed the colour for ignored posts.
Deleted posts are coloured red, not pink. If you still see pink, make sure you clear your cache and cookies and look again.
