Do you haz evidence?

No. But it's a reasonably supported theory. Though as I mention in my Thread, I don't recall them actually ever stating they had completed arts for it. They said so explicitly for Black Knight/Grasshopper, but I think a lot of us have kinda taken that idea and applied it to the Assault Poll without it ever being confirmed (to the best of my recollection).

I know someone said that someone said that they had the Cyclops art done on some random NGNG stream a while ago.

if someone can find a link, great. I sure can't. Either way, it's a pretty strong contender even if I find zero interest or use without functional infowar.

Of the reasonable possibilities I'd like the Assassin but I'd say it's likely to be the Cyclops.

I don't care as long as it's a 3025 chassis.

And it's totally not because of the HBS Battletech game. HONEST.

I am fine with the Cyclops. Like the mech lorewise and would like to have it in HBS's game too.

My money's on one of the remaining unseen. They seem pretty systematic in putting them in the game, and that's a good thing IMO.

Yup. Personally I REALLY hope PGI gets around to Stinger/Wasp soon, and it's all about getting the models for HBS.

I'd play Stinger/Wasp in MWO, but it's HBS's game that really needs them.

First, one of their major stated design priorities is to ensure that lights have a role in the game, i.e. not every battle will be a 4-vs-4 death-match.

Second, the game is about a up-and-coming 3025-era merc company. How could such a game be complete without the two most common 'mechs of the era?

I'm going to cross my fingers for a 120 ton 'Destroid Monster' even though they don't have the rights to the concept, weapons suitable for it, that it exceeds the 100 ton maximum, or that it was never used in the table top game.

Why, here you have http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Marauder_II or http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Malice The latter is not legal right away though.

It's so obvious it hurts, and nobody has realized it yet- it's going to be the Mackie guys.

If PGI introduces the Imp will it get a special sit down or crouching animation?

I'm still thinking Crusader, but I could be wrong.

Cyclops would be fine, but like Bishop, I don't see the point of it without Infowar.

Wasp, Stinger, and/or Valkyrie would be welcome, but I think PGI will have to revisit their pricing model to move lights, nostalgia or no. 20$ for three Wasps is not a good deal. They'll need to sweeten that pot.

Marauder II would be easy for them, since it's just a beefed up Marauder.

Longbow is possible I suppose, though after the Archer being mediocre I'm not enthused to get an even bigger bad LRM boat.

I still lean towards a Newseen, simply because they should be the biggest cash draw. We'll see.

is there any reason aside nostalgia for the cyclops? (not that nostalgia is wrong, just curious)

If inforwar was a thing, I could see it...but?

Battletech game from HBS is the reason for me, I'm 50/50 on what I want from MWO or what I want to see art models done for HBS:Battletech game lol.

Also I'm not a fan of the skull motif on the atlas as much as the great eye of Sauron on the Cyclops Posted Image

I'm that guy that likes the Orion, Awesome and Trebuchet though....

I know its personal preferance and all... But why do people like the bushwacker?

Me personally... i have always hated the bushwacker... Ever since I first saw it in the battletech cartoon...
