Unit leader distributing MC to only 10 unit members is asking for trouble, drama and unhappiness.

Trouble, drama and unhappiness potentially lead to folks souring on the game and leaving. Posted Image

Suggest distribution mechanism *by ranks*:
  • Leader selects the ranks eligible for distribution
  • Hitting 'distribute' distributes MC evenly across all members of those ranks
  • Leftover MC will remain undistributed
The above allows for easily understandable unit policies ("we will distribute MC whenever available to all ranks above Recruit") and saves the unit leader from having to manually distribute evenly.

This thread needs to be in the Community Warfare section.

^Thanks for the info mister moderator.

If they want a cap on how many players receive MC, for gods sake make it 12. A match has 12 players, why leave the 2 out?

I actually think this affects FW and non-FW players, as it has the potential to impact the game beyond FW itself. Posted Image

I think it's because of the max MC cap of 30 per phase doesn't divide three times with 12. It would have to be 36 or lower at 24.

Ironically I think back seat moderating is moderatable

It looks like its just 10 players at a time to me. Youc an do as many as you want.Posted Image

You can select a max of 10 people at 1 time. If you have 100 unit members you want to give 1 mc to out of the 100 in the coffer you will have to do it 10 times.

Over all for me im not in a super unit so i dont plan on getting any mc lol

12 makes more sense for obvious reasons, but you can just do 10 + 2 at the same amount. Seems more complicated than it should be though.

Well they can track damage at less than 1 full point.
I want some popcorn if they do make it less than full.

The amount of MC involved is so tiny it really doesn't matter. It's probably less than 1 MC per player-hour of CW.

This. We're talking about 300 MC you get (or not, lol) by spending an evening trying to conquer a planet.

It will add up though, over the course of days, weeks, months..."
It probably won't be paying for mech bundles, but it will pay for 1shot camos and paints.

I think it's fantastic.

Its gonna be pennies anyway, after 180 MC on normal planets (360 for capital or whatever) you lose your TAG and it resets, SO with the 10 MC per player logic you can give away 10 MC to 18 players...

Whoop de friggin do, i think we will live.

If you assume that the unit is amazing and holds planets for the entire month, at 90 Mech Credits per day, you are splitting roughly 2700 Mech Credits among the unit members. Enough for a... something on sale?

I think the real reason for the ten player limit is to prompt massive units to split up into smaller units so that more players will have the potential to get rewarded. Seeing the same players getting rewarded month to month will start to drag on the underlings.

From what i have seen in the Patch notes you CANT hold it for a month, once the 180 MC runs out your TAGS are removed from the planet.
