Imagine my excitement at finally getting a machine that wouldn't suffer constantly from crippling frame rate drops om minimum settings!
Imagine my disappointment to discover the GTX960 WF 4GB DDR5 is unsupported by cryengine and the game unplayable.
Is this likely to be fixed in the near future, or should I forget the whole idea and uninstall?

960 should be able to work just fine
must be something else stopping the game from working, have you had it working at all before?

Your GTX 960 is perfectly compatible with all versions of CE.

I'm using the 960 currently and it works perfectly fine. My brother got the same message for the GTX970 this morning. Restart the game or at worst the PC and it should resolve itself.

Thx all for the replies.
It was a driver issue as Goose said. I used the gigabyte oc guru to fix it.
gl (unless you're on the red team) hf (always)
