There is a dev-post stating they won't include back-mounted weapons, all weapons mounted in your back will just moved to the front. But don't ask me where I read that...

Sounds reasonable. With 2 more energy hardpoints I'd seriously consiser 2 M Lasers in the CT and moving to double heatstinks while dropping 2 tons to include the laser tonnage. That would allow for 30 heat dissipation, I think. I could go back and read, but the theory of the design is the important part I guess.
