I can use alt-enter to switch between windowed and fullscreen, but either way there's literally no way to get past the ad screen to change my resolution. What do?

- running the repair tool
- switching monitor priority
- clicking around the corners of the screen

What DID work:
Copying a roommate's attributes.xml from the {User}/Saved Games/Mechwarrior Online/Profiles/{handle} directory.
