This question has not been answered since the last time I checked the championship rules. So far, it seems to be possible. However I want to be absolutely certain that this can happen. You see, I've been considering on joining teams that are outside of my unit.

What could be troubling however is that I don't even know if I can even get myself on a team at all. Team positions seem to be filling up rather quickly. There's also the question of how many units would consider an outsider in their team.

No, same unit/tag not a requirement. As teams are by name invitation, the system doesnt check for unit tags.

Or is it allowed simply b/c it's not explicitly stated that you can't?

Edit, I take that back it says nothing about unit. It only has region requirements. We have one member on our team outside the unit.


As for.finding a team you need to get on one fast. I think the 1fwg and few other marik units are looking to make teams. Try asking around the house TS server .
