I am curious to know if PGI ever leaves an inquiry unanswered? I sent them an e-mail on January 7th about an issue I had ordering the Resistance pack. I waited until the 20th after no reply to send them another e-mail about this issue and yet it has still gone unanswered.
Even if there was nothing they could do or can fix for you, would they leaving you hanging without an answer, even a friendly "sorry, but we can't help you" or "we are sending your problem to someone else higher up"?
It just seems odd that I had two other issues that have been answered and fixed and yet this one seems to be lost in limbo. Besides sending 'another' e-mail to PGI, anything else that I can do???

I've never had a problem with support not answering. Slow? You could say that, but they should have responded to you by now. Are you sure their emails aren't getting caught by spam filters and ending up in your junk folder?

Pretty sure not. I check my junk mail folder rather regularly and I have had several other e-mails back from them, even the people I report for TK or AFK in more than one match. Those at least I get something back like, "thank you for bringing this to our attention as we investigate this".

If you didn’t get an auto response to confirm that they received your ticket then you might want to resend your support ticket. However, I’ve received follow-ups months later, but that was after some initial discussion and problem solving first…

I have e-mailed multiple times to support and out of the 10x I have only ever gotten one response. Its some of the worst I have even seen in a gaming company.
