the thing about ERPPCs is that you can discharge and hide immediately. with the ERLL you must face your target until you're done shooting to get the most out of it. they both have their advantages.

and the cLPL is better than both, by quite a bit.

Yep, no contest.
Even the IS LPL is better choice all the way around.

I love the large Wub, it has good range, great damage, and a nice cycle time. A lot of people get a bit over-zealous with them though and end up shutting down a lot, but part of that is probably because I'm only in the Rank 4 bracket and almost into Rank 3 with guys still learning heat management.

I personaly like PPC but in the current meta, they are still kind of meeeh. As already told, use ER Large Laser or Large Pulse Laser instead. ER PPC and PPC are buffed recently, but not that much.

Maybe consider switching to streak SRMs. You will be the bane of any light mech. Furthermore a TAG works with streak SRMs.

And one important question. What damage in 1 battle is good for medium mech? 300-500?
Yes, there is no limit to perfection. But what's damage level grants me right to not feel my uselessness?

There's not simple answer to this. It's easy to crank out damage with a StreakCrow, for instance, but most of it's junk damage. Focus on eliminating components and mechs and being in the right position to help your team win and damage will come. Think about driving wins, not farming damage.

That said, for a new player, 300-500 in a direct fire medium is respectable.
