I spend a fortune on my Skillcrows now and all those IS scumbags do is running around in Locusts gathering intel points and evac out not even trying to fight.
How am I supposed to get my kills ? Its like gen rushing 2.0

Locusts? You can't hunt down and kill locusts in streak crows?. Try fighting Artic Cheetahs who's ECM blocks them from being spotted as they run around capping. You need to adapt, you brought streak crows because you thought it would be easy mode but people brought GFN-2N's or they just brought fast lights and avoided the fight all together. If you can't catch lights in crows than get lights yourself.

Pirate's Banes have ECM also and are faster than ACH.

Just saying, locusts are probably a much bigger pain in the *** to chase down than ACH.
