I have had this issue for almost a week now and haven't had a response from Support at all. I'm hoping someone on the forum knows of a way to fix this account issue.
As of several days ago, when I log into my account in the game client, it takes me to another account/pilot altogether. This account has a different name, no mechs and far less c-bills than I have on my account. Furthermore, the PSR is completely different and it appears to be a new'ish account.
I've logged in and out a dozen times using my normal credentials and the result is always the same.
My account/profile on the web is normal. Everything looks fine.... somewhere along the way the server login process had a massive coronary and I sit unable to play the game while my premium time ticks away....
Anyone know a workaround? Had a similar issue? I'm desperate for a reply from PGI but I'll take sage advice from anyone.

Your "credentials" is your email address. Double check the email address you have on this account on the website vs the one you are actually using to log into the game.
Double check the other account by logging into it on the website and the email attached to it.
Basically, double check the spelling of your email addresses. Click on PROFILE at the upper right, and verify that is the email address you are using, spelling and all.
The profile will also say if you have any time going, etc.
Edit. just wanted to say, then double check the spelling... I have had a similar issue and drove me crazy for a part of a day.
