Skill Tree Filters Owned/previously Used/unused

Using the skill tree would be much friendlier if we had at least three filters similar to:
  • Owned - Mechs in our Inventory
  • Previously Used - Mechs with skills unlocked or with skill points which are not currently in our inventory
  • Unused - Mechs which are neither of the above
