I have an serious issue with my rig and or settings for polar highlands, when ever i am not zoomed in , every part covered in snow shines bright white (to a point where not even textures are visible). is there a known way to get rid of it ? - i cant imagine i am the only one experiencing this issue.

rig:
intel core i5 - 6600 3.4GHz
Giigabyte Radean R9 380 - 2GB
latest driver of the Catalyst non Crimson edition by AMD
running dx11
Win10
