If you did sell it off, you can no longer upgrade the skills.
If you intend to get some other assault class mech, do not bother to re-purchase the S variant. Just finish eliting the B variant, purchase that other assault mech and get at least 1 of those to elite and you can come back and unlock the master module slot on your 2 Direwolfs.

WHAT?
If I have enough EXP, I should be able to learn those skill regardless.
Why should this be the case, it's so dumb.
Have to waste another 18M again, F my life

Not the end of the world, important thing is to elite the mechs for the double basic bonus. The master module can wait so just work on your other mechs till you have 3 Assault class mech variants elited then come back and unlock the master modules on the Dires.
Please note that it does not have to be 3 Direwolf variants elited. It can be 2 Direwolf and 1 Warhawk, etc.

i have already spended 18M on that variant just for the mastery of this chassis, and i dont like other Clan assaults.
The lack of tutorial and in-game message just make me frustrated

Ask PGI if they could undo the sale.
To mention it, could you upgrade or fix a car if you sold it and no longer have it?
Side note: It doesn't matter anymore if you sold it and no longer want it.
Getting any Other assault mech to Elites and completing them will let you get Masters unlocked for the Dire Wolves.
To unlock Elites: Three variants of the same mech chassis
To unlock Master: Three (variants or chassis) mechs of the same weight class.
Don't waste cbills on it.

If you do not want that mech back, do not waste the c-bills buying it back just to elite it.
IS mechs also count towards the mastery. You said that you do not like any other Clan assault, but if there are IS assaults that you are interested in, use the money on those. Assuming you will eventually elite that DWF-B, you would only need to elite one other variant of your IS assault of choice to unlock master across all assaults.
Edit - Oh. And as odd as it sounds to newer users, the other piece of advice is also correct. Do not sell any mech. Never know when you may need it for a purpose like this. We also never know when PGI may make a change that may make a crap mech into a good one.

The text "Owned: 0" in red should be a really good sign that something is wrong, and no it's not a bug.

He bought them, got XP on them up to basic, but sold one to buy the next before adding elite skills (which he could not do since he played one at a time and managed to elite the 3rd one). I believe he wants to Master the mech.
I'd go with Support and see if they can help you out as the others have said.
