Full Prime variant 10 medium lasers with 5 in each arm (you get all the heat reduction quirks that way while reducing the laser load).
Also on a full prime variant, go with 12 small lasers. Heat is very manageable, and you are extremely dangerous since you can pull off at least 3 or 4 volleys before risking heat issues.

Actually if you want to run all ERML, go with 8 at most. Compared to the 12 ERSL you lose 2 points of damage per set of lasers you fire, but you gain more than double the optimal range(you can't brawl as well, but you can at least still do some real damage from a distance and have opportunities to cool down).
Before the skill tree update, I would have(and many times did) say that the 12ERSL builds are, for the typical Nova pilot, strictly superior to all other builds. Post skill tree, I still need to do hundreds of matches in various builds to determine just how to bring the Nova back to its truly overpowered status.
As it is, if you happen to have a buddy to run a Nova with you(or even better, a lance or two) you can be an extremely destructive force.
Also for Armor, you go max armor everywhere except for the legs and head, legs are at 45/48 each, and head is at 6/18. I tend to try to avoid too much torso twisting because I'd rather my opponent not take my arms off, but do most of the damage to my CT and L/R Side Torsos. Plus when running 12ERSL the cycle time between the groups is short enough that you can usually tear through front armor with very little face time, then you can either push through for the kill, or let them retreat and be forced to play incredibly cautiously for the rest of their match.
